Compounding negativity from stakeholders is the worst. Sometimes it feels like you've buried yourself into a hole that you can't get out of with it. With my run ins with that, it took me that long to realize how toxic the culture was and peaced out.
The highs though! It's a little bit of an addiction, this product life.

I found dealing with (negative) stakeholders and delays particularly rough mentally. And, of course, these two usually compound: the more delays the more you're dealing with negative stakeholders.
I also surprisingly found it really difficult going through an entire quarter of solving tech debt. It was hard to be 'on the sideline' for most of it.
PMing is a peculiar job, though. I think we're more prone to highs & lows than most teams (except Sales).
