What are the best upgrades I've made in my office to improve my day-to-day?
An investment into your home office setup / technology can make sitting through those backlog grooming calls way more tolerable. Having improved controls over your audio and video as well as a broadband connection that can handle you simultaneously watching C suite town hall while binge-watching Yellowstone is a game changer and I would highly recommend considering making some upgrades.

Anker PowerConf Bluetooth Speakerphone
Price: $99.99
Reason: The Anker PowerConf is a good value for those who travel frequently and that it has the added benefit of being able to charge other devices via USB. Additionally, the mute button is easily found on the top of the device and does a great job of giving visual indication when you are muted.
Price: $66.18
Reason: I haven’t invested as much as I could into lighting the room better but I do have a nearby light which, in combination with this affordable HD webcam, really gives a boost to the quality of my video when I have my camera on.
NETGEAR Orbi Whole Home Tri-band Mesh WiFi 6 System
Price: $699.00
Reason: Once I was forced to be home full-time in early March 2020, I realized that it was time to improve my internet connection throughout my house. I had a little sticker shock at first with these devices but after a painless install I saw an increase from 25% MBPS of what I was paying for to 95%.
